Train Trak
Yarra Valley, Victoria

Situated in the heart of the Yarra Valley , Train Trak vineyard produces premium quality grapes, which reflect the region's cool climate, rich soil and ideal elevation. At Train Trak the first vines were planted in 1995 and nurtured thereafter by the superior viticulture practices of John Evans. All wines are produced solely from estate grown hand picked grapes.


Pinot Rose 2004

Bright pink in colour with fresh strawberry and crushed rose petal aromas. A racy palate of piquant raspberry and cranberry fruits complements crisp acid and zesty nuances.


Chardonnay 2003

This medium bodied chardonnay is light straw in appearance. Tropical fruit and citrus aromas are complemented by melon and cashew flavours. A fruit rich and balanced wine.

 
 

Pinot Noir 2002

 
 

This premium pinot noir was cropped at very low levels, 1.5 tonnes to the acre, to enhance the quality of the fruit. Bright crimson in colour with strawberry and spicy aromas, the wine displays distinct varietal flavours of cherry and plum. A crisp acidic finish makes this wine a perfect complement for fine food.

 

 

Shiraz 2003

 
 

Deep ruby red in colour, cedary oak, spicy and sweet plum characters accompany forest fruits with a silky finish.

 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

 
 

Dark berry fruit colour, brambleberry characters accompany concentrated fruit and fine oak flavours.
