Scotchmans Hill

Scotchmans Hill is a family owned vineyard and winery based on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria , Australia . Established in 1982, it has since has become a producer of some of Australia 's most complex, elegant and consistent wines. The fruit used to produce these wines comes from their vineyards as well as from selected vineyards around the cool climate and fertile volcanic soils of Mount Bellarine . The Scotchmans Hill philosophy is to obtain the highest quality raw product and by using traditional vinification techniques to produce wines which propose the ultimate expression of each variety.

Swan Bay

 
 

Located on the Bellarine Peninsula , Swan Bay was named by Commander Matthew Flinders in 1803. The fruit is sourced from cool climate regions of Victoria and is vinified at Scotchmans Hill. The Swan Bay wines are fruit driven wine styles of quality and consistency which are generous in flavour and designed to be enjoyed in their youth.

The Hill

 
 

The Hill is named after a high point from which the canny Scottish settlers could view race horses. The fruit for this series of wines is sourced from South Eastern Australia and vinified at Scotchmans Hill. These vibrant wines are fresh, fruit driven styles, which are crafted for early consumption.
