Sauvignon Blanc 2004

Enticing fruit aromas of elderflower, lemongrass and cut grass are typical for the variety. Attractive gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours with subtle floral and citrus notes combine in a zesty palate with a refreshing long crisp finish.

Vibrant aromas of stone fruit with caramel and smokey oak tones. Fresh, lively fruit palate with a long, lingering finish. Appealing peach and melon flavours combine with hints of grapefruit. Barrel maturation has contributed a full, creamy mouthfeel.

An elegant well defined palate wine. The structure shows classic fruit characteristics of red currants, savoury oak and very fine tannins. The wine has excellent mouthfeel, and a firm lingering finish.
