Peel Estate is one of Western Australia 's most prestigious wineries. It was established in 1974 by Will Nairn who continues to delight wine connoisseurs with his remarkable range of red and white wines produced on coastal limestone country at Baldivis, which is about 70km south of Perth in the Peel wine region. With its closeness to the ocean, limestone soils and Mediterranean climate, this region is an ideal location for bringing out fruit intensity and adds great regional characteristics to the wine.

This Sauvignon Blanc/ Chenin Blanc blend is very much in the modern “classic dry white” style. There is plenty of distinctive sauvignon blanc cut-grass herbaceousness which is deliciously backed up by seductive chenin blanc fruit.

A Merlot/ Cabernet Franc blend, this is a perfect everyday drinking wine with it's ready appeal coming from the assertive, fresh fruit. There is no apparent wood to get in the way, but some nice grape tannins hold it together. Exceptional value drinking at this price.
