Mornington Estate brand has struck a chord with lovers of classic cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The range now also features the up-and-coming varieties of the region including; Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and a stunning Shiraz Viognier blend.

Sauvignon Blanc 2004

Vibrant display of passion fruit and citrus characters on the nose while its zingy acidity makes for the perfect accompaniment to any form of Asian or Seafood dishes.

Pinot Gris 2004

With ever increasing interest in this classic European variety the sole aim was to display its inherent fruit characters, without the intervention of oak or malolactic fermentation. Look for flavours and aromas of pear, melon and honeysuckle.

Chardonnay 2002

Displays the strengths of this classic variety from an ideal Peninsula season- a vibrant wine showing intense stonefruit characters and nutty complexity combined with subtle oak and a strong backbone of cleansing acid.

Rose 2004

Made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon, with a small amount of Pinot Noir this new addition to the range embodies the freshness and vibrancy that Mornington Estate has become known for. The little used technique of whole bunch pressing red grapes was employed for this wine while cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks has accentuated its lifted aromatics and clean fruit flavours.

Pinot Noir 2003

2003 provided near perfect conditions for growing Pinot Noir on Victoria 's Mornington Peninsula .  A warm dry ripening period combined with naturally low yields has enabled us to produce a wine of structure and intensity.  Look for characters of cherries and plums and a subtle backbone of spicy oak.

Shiraz Viognier 2003

With the addition of 5% Viognier, the 2003 Mornington Estate Shiraz Viognier displays lifted aromatics of spice and white pepper while a palate rich with cherries and black berries has been softened by 12 months aging in premium French and American oak.
