Moss Brothers' vineyard and winery lie in the heart of the Margaret River wine growing region - the Wilyabrup Valley. This valley is considered by many to be the jewel in the crown of the entire region. Drummond Hill Range

White (Chardonnay Verdelho) 2004

Made for every day drinking, this wine has a bouquet of fruit character, including pineapple and passionfruit with a touch of citrus. The Verdelho and Chardonnay complement each other beautifully to create a profusion of intriguing flavours. The wine has a sweetness that is well balanced by satisfying acidity.


Red (Shiraz, Cabernet Franc) 2002

The spiciness of the Shiraz (60%) blends with plum and raspberry aromas from the cabernet franc (40%). The palate displays generous fruit, with tannins and great length that combine to make this medium bodied red enjoyable with food or alone.

  Semillon 2004  
 

This superb Semillon is the most celebrated white wine from Moss Brothers' Margaret River vineyards. Aromas of fresh green herbs, gooseberry and citrus follow through to a textually satisfying palate balanced by delicate, fresh acidity.

 

 

Unwooded Chardonnay 2004

 
 

A rich Unwooded style of chardonnay, this wine combines citrus, peach and apricot fruit character with fresh acidity.

 

 

Sauvignon Blanc 2004

 
 

Herbaceous, spicy fruit flavours and crisp acidity make this sauvignon blanc a pleasure to drink.

 

 

Shiraz 2003

 
 

Margaret River wine region produces a unique style of shiraz ; a shiraz that is medium bodied with intense black currant and red berry fruits with spice and pepper. This wine was matured in American oak barrels to complement the fruit character and build richness and structure, which will allow the wine to be enjoyed now or cellared to promote further complexity.

 

 

Cabernet Merlot 2001

 
 

Deep red with violet hues, this wine has aromatics of blackberry and red currant. The wine consists of 82% cabernet sauvignon, 14% merlot and 4% cabernet franc. Maturation in French and American oak barrels has imparted cedar and vanilla characters. The palate is both elegant and rich defined by sweet fruit and fine tannins.
